One common question that I hear a lot today is; “How do I stay focused on my goal when there is so much chaos and turmoil in the world today? I want a new career, yet so many people are losing their jobs?
I think we would all agree that there is a lot of stress in the world today. But, it’s not the stress of the world that gets to you, it’s the way you personally relate to the stress that gets to you.
Keep one thing in mind, The condition of your mind, that is the thoughts that you dwell on and the mind-set you keep is going to make itself know in the circumstances that you face in the outside world!
The secret is no secret; you must stay focused on your goal. There are 3 things that you will want to do if you want to reach your goal.
The first is to ask. Sounds simple enough, but until you commit to a goal, all the wishing in the world is not going to bring you one inch closer to realizing your goal. You must commit your goal to writing so that you may constantly refine that thought and the image you associate with that goal until you have certainty.
Next you must be willing to receive. I know this sounds crazy to say, but it is the truth, and right here is where most goal setting difficulties, that people experience, happen. And, I can sum it up in one word that I will cover in the 2nd video tip.
The third thing is action. Often people become overwhelmed with the thought of what action to take. They can’t think of anything. The reason for this can almost always be traced back to not fully expanding on the first step.
Believe me, when you are going to create a clear picture of what you truly desire, action is going to come easy and effortlessly. You will have a natural desire to want to learn more about what you are going after. As you seek out that information and the people that can help you with your goal, you will be taking action. And that kind of action will always lead to greater action and more positive results!

“The Second Part Of Reaching Your Goal Is Your Ability To Receive”
More and more I hear people vent their frustrations at having a good education and also having job experience but for some reason, and this is the frustrating part…they always seem to fall short of their goals. Year after year they just come up short of their goals.
They naturally ask, “Why?”
I believe that I can sum up their problems in one word…beliefs! You see it’s your beliefs that are the operating programs you live by. Your beliefs define what is possible and impossible. The real kicker is that most of your beliefs are not really even yours. They are beliefs handed down by others…who by-the-way didn’t get much of a result from them either, and accepted by you at an age when quite honestly you just didn’t have the experience base to know what you were doing.
Negative beliefs can sabotage your most earnest desires by giving you the sensation that you aren’t smart enough, you didn’t go to the right school, no one else in your family was successful so why you? Beliefs can also bring with them the sensation that even if you were successful, you wouldn’t be able to handle the success, or worst you just can’t handle another failure.
None of these circumstances are really true; they are simply your beliefs. Where I find people really running into problems is how they try to handle their beliefs. Most want to struggle against the beliefs, try to deny them, fight them, or just try to block them out of their minds altogether.
The problem is that all of these approaches only make the beliefs stronger because they focus energy and attention to the beliefs. This approach is never going to produce the results you’re really looking for.
You don’t have to understand the old belief to move on. What you do need to do is create a new belief, a new habit, one that is directed toward your goal. Not one riddled with doubt but one dripping with certainty…the certainty that you have already achieved the object of your desire.
In my first video tip I mentioned that there were 3 things necessary to reach your goal. You must first ask, and then, second, be willing to receive and finally, third, you must take action. The process of creating a new belief is that process of receiving. If you have set a worthy goal, that is one that will not only benefit you but those around you, but some belief keeps getting in your way time and time again, then it is time to create a new belief that is congruent with your goal. This is part of the process of asking.
What good is a pitcher without a catcher…it wouldn’t be much of a baseball game. The same applies here. What good is a goal, to ask for something that would improve your life, without the belief that allows you to accept it?

“Law of Attraction – Letting Go Of Fear”
There are so many things to talk
to you about. However, I believe that concerns over the world situation has been the dominate thought in the law of attraction questions lately. People are truly concerned with the world situation, recession and the economy and want to know how the law of attraction & the laws of success play out in this chaos.
First…let me tell you something that you can do to instantly help your situation…turn the TV news OFF! Listen to the radio! Somehow, the same news that takes TV all day & night to tell you about, only takes a few minutes on radio or the internet-then they get back to the music. The music appears to be more important and hold more value than the bad news! I agree.
Just listen to the TV news, and you’ll want to go into your back yard one dark night…and bury what little money & possessions you have left into a hole and hope…hope no one saw you do it.
But you know… the strange thing about people is they all see the world in different ways. Take a look at this list of companies… CNN, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Federal Express, and Sports Illustrated. Know what they all have in common? They were all STARTED in a recession! A recession! Amazing isn’t it?
So put your shovels down and your flashlights away. It’s not time to panic but to pay attention to how you go about creating the changes you WANT to have! You see the thing that I see lurking behind all of the recent questions, is doubt…just plain old doubt.
Now there’s only one thing that causes doubt…and that my friends, is fear. Remember seeing or hearing a replay of the President Roosevelt speech he gave during the depression when he said, “The only thing you have to fear, is fear itself?” Well, he was right on!
Fear is the little mind-bender that causes your mental wheels to drag and squeal and screech like worn out brake pads. When fear finds root in your mind, you begin to doubt everything…you second guess everything that you do… it’s CRAP!
Here’s the kicker…
Fear…all fear–no matter what the fear is about-is fueled by your own energy… and represents a disconnection…not a choice to go to…but a place you have moved away from! It operates because you “give it” the energy to do so. Guess what? That’s why you can’t “fight” fear! When you “fight” fear, you give fear more energy…make it stronger…and put more emotion behind it.
No friend, the way to put fear to bed, once and for all, is to put your mind in another place. The key is to have somewhere else to place your mind… a new goal… a new objective… a new desire…one that is infused with courage.
Listen… the moment you experience fear, a part of your mind automatically goes to another place where you have courage. The difference between the two points reflects the degree of emotion and discomfort you experience! Emotions… the feelings &discomfort you have, registers the degree of difference between the two points.
Think about it… if you didn’t know…weren’t aware on some level that things could be different… you wouldn’t react the way you do. If you didn’t know–really know-that things could be different, then why would you care…why would you experience any discomfort? You might not enjoy it but you wouldn’t question it either. You would simply accept it.
In the wilds, when the lions are all through chasing the wildebeest herd, they (the wildebeest) don’t all go in for therapy. They aren’t conscious that things could be different. You ARE! And, there’s a reason for that.
You see, you experience fear because it forces you to choose something. This you must do as a conscious choice. You must consciously choose to put your mind in another direction…toward another desire. This is the price of free will. Your subconscious mind is not going to do this for you…it can’t. By design-you must make the conscious choice! You MUST decide which way you’re going to go.
Now I also realize from years of working with people that there are those times when you seem to be so gripped with fear…so paralyzed by fear… that “fear” is the only thing you focus on. And I know it’s hard to break that spell and put your mind on something else. So here is a little a phrase, a saying, a story that you can repeat that will get you on your way…you know to help break the spell.
When you find yourself in times of tribulation…feeling really down…bummed out, repeat this saying until you feel your spirits lifting… then you can put your mind where it will do the most good. Here is what you can say:
“Even though I have this fear…I still believe in me…
And I believe that the Infinite Source flows through me and that I exist in this Source…
And that all things that are…both seen and unseen–exist within the Source…
I believe that I am …an extension of this Source…
I am a part of the whole… and the whole is forever active & creative…
I believe that my true power can be no different than that of the Source…and that power is mind…
And mind always expresses itself through thought!
All things begin with a thought…
I believe that to change any condition in my life…I must first change my thoughts…
And I will begin that process by believing in me…
The Source is infinite…therefore a state of lack cannot exist in the Source…but only in my thoughts…
Therefore I will only think of abundance…of courage…of patients…of tolerance…of joy & happiness…of peace…of contentment…of love…
I believe in the Source…
I believe in the Source in me…
I BELIEVE in ME!”
Once you break the “spell” then put your mind in another place.
Spend some time and let that new image develop… get caught up in it… let it take hold in your mind…become a part of it and let it be a part of you! In no time you will find your spirits souring and you mode completely transformed. Now from this new vantage point you can see a whole lot more opportunity than the place you were in before!
And remember…if you don’t like the world you’re in…imagine a new one!

“A Quick Tip For Releasing Stress & Anxiety”
I think it’s safe to say that these are some of most stressful times that people have endured in recent memory. The economy… job stability… world unrest… the financial markets, all lend themselves for excellent news copy but do little to ease the mind of the average person trying their best to exist in an unsteady,
unsure world.
The constant daily hammering of bad news raises the stress level of most people way beyond tolerance levels. However, stress is not new to our lives. Even before the present world situation, stress was the target of many medical and natural health studies. As a matter of fact, several medical journals reported that primary care physicians believed that 95% of all of the cases presented had a root cause in stress.
I am always surprised at people’s typical response to stress. That is, most often they try to compensate for unyielding stress by working harder and longer. In short, they do the very thing that has contributed most to their stress levels.
Here is a short tip to help you manage stress levels.
First, recognize that all stress is internal stress. Regardless of the situation… regardless of the crisis you are facing… the truth is stress is actually caused by how you relate to the stimulus create by the event and not the event itself. Change that, change those internal thoughts and you affect your stress level.
With this in mind you can see the importance of learning to refocus how you internalize stress and that automatically affects your stress level. Often people report that this is too difficult when the negative thoughts just keep repeating themselves over and over again. I agree. Until you have trained your mind to do so, shutting down unwanted thoughts can be a considerable challenge.
Another approach is to use some program or device to help with this process. A good choice would be a program that would, encourage and guide you to refocus your thoughts toward relaxation. Audio programs make an excellent choice for this. And the newer technology you find with the new audio programs makes
them even more efficient.
These programs introduce various sounds at certain vibrational frequencies that help produce different levels of brain activity. The results they produce can be very profound. And in a relative short period of time, your thoughts begin to calm down and you begin to relax.

In one of the previous videos I mentioned that many individuals have a burning question about why there is such a difference in the results that people get. Some seem to have the Midas touch and succeed with seemingly little or no effort, while others succeed by sheer force and determination of will. Still others seem to fail time after time. Why?
One thing that is evident to anyone who has made a study of personal development and the law of attraction is the effects beliefs have on your ability to succeed. You may not consciously realize it but it is your beliefs that determine what you can and cannot do. And, all success must first past through your belief system before it can manifest.
With that in mind we see that in order to make a lasting change, achieve your goal, you must change your beliefs about the thing that you desire.

If you practice this technique as I suggest, you will always have a good result even on the first try.
As you start down this path it will become obvious that there is another part of you, your higher consciousness that is encouraging you forward. You will also find that as you challenge the things that you have feared most in life, and expose them for what they really are, they will become nothing more to you than phantoms in the night, shadows that shrink into the corners when they face the light of your greater understanding.

“The Key To Better Relationships”
